BOOKING AND ACCEPTANCE
To request room availability, use the availability request form on our website. Once the request is received, we will respond within 24 hours with an email communication of room availability, indicating the terms of stay, prices and payment methods. We respond to everyone, even in the event of non-availability. To make a reservation, simply respond by email to our availability communication.

The room is only confirmed upon receipt of our confirmation email containing the details of your stay in the accommodation and the price and payment, as agreed in the reservation, of the 20% deposit on the total stay.

Check in starts at 2:00 pm on the day of arrival; check out must be done before 10:00 am on the day of departure. Upon arrival, each guest must show a valid ID for legal purposes; otherwise, they cannot be accepted. We reserve the right to substitute the room assigned to the guest with another of equal or higher level without prior notice and without an increase in price.

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
Prices are per room per night and include taxes and breakfast. The tourist tax, if applicable, will be added to the amount. The price of the stay is the one communicated in the reservation acceptance email. The confirmation of the reservation is subject to the payment of the 20% total deposit of the stay. In case of cancellation of the stay within 7 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be refunded. Otherwise, it will be retained as a penalty for the cancellation of the stay. The balance of the price of the stay will be paid, upon arrival, in cash or by debit or credit card.

CANCELLATIONS
The cancellation or reduction of a confirmed booking must be communicated by email to: prenotazioni@apuliaturistica.it It is possible to cancel or reduce your booking without any charge up to 7 days before the date of your arrival at the accommodation.

For cancellations or reductions of the stay communicated below 7 days from the arrival date, we charge a penalty of an amount equal to the cost of the deposit (20% of the total price of the stay). If the guest arrives but does not want to stay in the accommodation, they are obliged to pay the full amount of the stay. If the guest arrives and asks to reduce the stay, they are obliged to pay the full amount of the confirmed stay.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Regulation is an integral part of the Booking Form, for everything not explicitly mentioned reference is made to the current regulations, good taste and common sense of each one in the interest of all.

RULES OF THE ANTICO CORSO
The Management and Staff of Antico Corso thank you for your interest and, in giving you a warm welcome, we want to make you aware of the house rules. Therefore, we ask you to read carefully the regulations and the behavioral rules that each guest must assume in order not to disturb or damage others and the environment.

The structure is more than anything else the residence of many guests who have chosen to stay there; We therefore ask you to respect it and treat it as you would take care of your own home and that of relatives and friends. In order to ensure a good coexistence, we ask you to observe not only the rules dictated by law but also those simply dictated by common sense and mutual respect.

Your collaboration will be essential to have a pleasant stay for our structure and the staff working there, as well as the external environment in which it is inserted. Failure to comply with one or more points of this regulation and the rules contained therein may lead to the termination of the contract with the consequent economic and legal consequences. The management of Antico Corso reserves the right to modify this regulation for reasons of opportunity and functioning of the services by publishing the modifications on the website of the accommodation

ANIMALS: NOT ALLOWED.

WE HAVE ADAPTED OUR STRUCTURE TO THE ANTI-COVID DIRECTIVES.
We guarantee the cleaning and disinfection of rooms and common areas according to national guidelines.

COVID-19 GUIDELINES AND ADVICE
Wash your hands often with soap and water or alcohol-based gel;
Wear a mask in all common areas;
Do not leave your room if you suspect Covid-19 symptoms and immediately notify the Manager by phone;
Cover your mouth and hands with a tissue when coughing or sneezing;
If you have a fever or flu-like symptoms, immediately notify the Manager.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
The Regulations of the Antico Corso accommodation structure are established to guarantee everyone a uniform, orderly, serene and peaceful use of the same. It has a contractual nature between Antico Corso and the Guest and, therefore, the request to stay in the accommodations and the approval of such request by Antico Corso implies the total acceptance of this Regulation.
All guests are required to comply with the Internal Regulations of the Accommodation Facility reported on the website www.apuliaturistica.it

Failure to comply with the Regulations and the further provisions of the Manager may result in the removal of the offender from the Facility, unless reported to the Public Authorities in the event that the non-compliance may possibly suggest the commission of a crime.

The parents (or those legally exercising parental authority) are jointly responsible for the acts committed by their minor children within the accommodations and are obliged to supervise them and to ensure that they maintain an educated and respectful behavior towards others, under their own direct responsibility and, in particular, with regard to the obligation to respect silence, the correct use of spaces. Any activity that may cause disturbance to other Guests is prohibited. In general, all the rules of this contract regulation must be respected.

The conduct of both adults and minors is considered contractually relevant and therefore any breach of the rules of this regulation and of the common rules of civil coexistence and good management of the Antico Corso will, according to the judgment delegated contractually in an unappealable way to the Manager, lead to the immediate resolution of the contract for the Guest’s fault and the removal from the structure within 5 hours from the contestation of the facts.

In this case, the manager of Antico Corso is entitled to retain the amounts already paid and to demand the remaining amounts, even as compensation for the damage, subject to the right to compensation for the greater damage ascertained.
The Manager, as provided by the current laws of the Italian Republic, has the right to expel without notice anyone who does not comply with the Regulations or behaves in a way that causes damage or disturbance.
The Management reserves the right to modify this Regulation at any time, which will be available on the website www.apuliaturistica.it

PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with art. 13 of D.L. 30.06.2003 n. 196, all personal data of our customers will be processed both by computer systems and manually, in order to fulfill fiscal obligations (issuing invoices, recording data, etc.) and provide the requested service.

Upon arrival, customers will be asked to present an identification document for the communication of their presence to the competent police authorities.

Filling out the appropriate form and/or filling out the data for the Newsletter will allow us to keep our database up to date and be able to keep it updated on our promotions in real time.

BOOKING
For information you can contact the Manager of the Ancient Course by phone, by e-mail or through the contact forms present on the website www.apuliaturistica.it or on the web platforms for the promotion and booking of accommodation (such as booking, tripadvisor, airb&b etc).

Bookings can be made directly from our website, by sending a written request to the email address anticocorso@apuliaturistica.it or by calling +39 375 547 0315 or through web platforms for the promotion and booking of accommodation (such as booking, tripadvisor, airb&b etc).

In the reservation request must be indicated: the number of rooms requested, the name, surname, arrival date, departure date, number of guests, age of any children (in order to propose tailored quotes for different needs), the presence of any pets, telephone contact and e-mail address to receive communications. We kindly ask you to also indicate the estimated time of your arrival.

DOWN PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT
To confirm your reservation, you can choose from the following payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, paypal.
The deposit is 20% of the total price of the stay.
In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded 100%.
In case of cancellation after 7 days before the scheduled arrival date or no-show, the deposit will not be refunded.
Only in case of cancellation due to covid-19, a voucher of the same amount will be issued to be used later.

The reservation is considered valid with a 20% bank transfer of the total amount of the stay to the following IBAN IT66V0306909606100000182734 payable to: Future M&P Service Srl or payment with Paypal, specifying the period and duration of the stay, the sender’s name and the booked room.

The period of stay is considered within the limits of the agreed dates. Please specify the respective arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out).

Extra Services
(the amount for the following services must be paid the same day once completed):

CHILDREN 0 – 2 YEARS: Antico Corso, if expressly requested in the reservation, provides cots and/or high chairs for small guests.
The tourist tax has an extra cost per person per night, if required by the city where the accommodation is located. In the city of Sammichele di Bari the tourist tax is not required.

VARIATIONS TO THE RESERVATION, CANCELLATIONS
In the event that the customer is unable to occupy the accommodation in the booked period due to transport difficulties, errors or other personal reasons, refunds are not normally provided for early departures or late arrivals.
We kindly ask our customers to understand that the booked period will be charged in full even in case of early departure: the amount for the remaining nights of accommodation only must still be paid in full.
Guests who check out early are required to pay for the remaining days of their reservation according to Articles 1385-1386 of the Civil Code.
In case of misunderstanding at the time of booking, the management undertakes to provide, when possible, different accommodation in equivalent rooms or facilities.

PENALTIES
In case of cancellation of the contract by the customer before arrival, the following clause applies:
– For cancellations, the entire amount taken at the time of booking will be charged.

CANCELLATIONS DUE TO COVID-19
For both Standard and Non-Refundable bookings that may be cancelled due to Covid, we will send a voucher for the amount paid for the stay with a validity of one year.

BALANCE OF STAY
The balance of the stay is due upon arrival. INVOICE: if you need an invoice, please notify us upon arrival providing the header data and any other information. Otherwise we will issue a simple receipt and it will not be possible to cancel it afterwards.

UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS
Any persons staying in the same room but not declared at the time of booking or at the time of arrival will be charged to the booking holder with a 40% surcharge on the daily rate, with the right of the management and the owner to report to the police all unauthorized persons found inside the accommodation.

DAMAGE CHARGE
Guests are liable and called upon to reimburse damages caused by them or by persons or animals under their responsibility. IN CASE OF MISSING LINEN AND/OR OBJECTS OF THE ACCOMMODATION, WE WILL BE FORCED TO CHARGE IT TO THE ACCOUNT.

ARRIVAL (CHECK IN)
Check-in: 2:00 PM. We therefore request that you agree on the expected arrival time at the time of booking. Any arrivals after this time must be reported to the Management at the time of booking and agreed upon by them. If it is not possible to arrive on time due to force majeure, it is essential to notify the Manager.

Upon arrival, kindly guests must be provided with identification documents.

Minor acceptance: Minimum age to rent a room: 18 years. Unaccompanied minors will only be accepted if they have a release signed by their parents (or by those legally exercising their authority), with their telephone contact details and a copy of their document.

Public Safety Registration: Upon arrival, guests including minors are required to submit their documents to the reception and fill out the Public Safety form. This document will be registered for the purpose of public safety. Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a violation of the Penal Code on our part towards the Public Safety Authorities. In case of failure to submit, we are obliged to report the omission to the competent authorities.

LEGAL FORMALITIES TO BE COMPLIED WITH UPON ARRIVAL: The guest must provide, by national regulation, an appropriate document to certify his/her identity, whether it is an identity card or passport for all occupants, otherwise the operator must refuse hospitality (art.109 P.S. as amended by art.7 point 2 of L.203/95). The manager will also present, to each arriving customer, a declaration of particulars form that they must fill out and sign (Public Security Law as amended: Art.7 No.4 of L.203/95).

REPORTING OF GUESTS OF CUSTOMERS: Any guests of customers staying in the facility, even if temporary, must be agreed and reported to the reception and present with an identity document. The presence inside the structure must be authorized by the management.

DATA TREATMENT
Our guests’ data is treated in accordance with the current privacy regulations.

NUMBER OF PEOPLE ACCOMMODATED
No more people than the number specified in the reservation are allowed to stay in the accommodation unless previously agreed. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the accommodation if this condition is not observed. Guests are not allowed to receive visits from relatives, friends, etc. unless previously agreed with the Manager.

DELIVERY OF KEYS
Keys will be delivered at the reception starting from the check-in time (from 3:00 pm). The keys will be delivered upon arrival after completing the registration procedures, delivering the internal regulations and settling the account.

ROOM DELIVERY
If the room is already ready before check-in time it will be assigned immediately, otherwise it will be possible to leave the luggage at the accommodation reception and access the common areas.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT
The choice of accommodation will respect the agreements made between the management and the customer at the time of booking confirmation.

PEOPLE OCCUPYING THE ROOM
Each accommodation can only be occupied by the number of people indicated for that specific unit (specifically indicated on the website www.apuliaturistica.it). All the names of the occupants must be provided to the Manager.

PARKING: Street parking is free and unrestricted.

ROOM CHECK
Please report any damages or malfunctions you may find upon taking occupancy of your room. Any damages found later will be charged to you. For accommodations with kitchen, we kindly ask you to clean the dishes used before departure or to pay a supplement of Euro 50.00 if this is not done.

EXPULSION AND REMOVAL
The Manager, as provided by the current laws of the Italian Republic, has the right to expel without warning anyone who does not comply with the regulations or behaves in a way that causes damage or disturbance.

DEPARTURE (CHECK-OUT)
ROOM CHECK-OUT
Rooms must be checked out by 10:00. Unauthorized extensions beyond this time will be considered as an extension of stay and charged.

PENALTY FOR LATE DEPARTURE
If the departure is delayed after 10:00 AM, the customer will be charged the full cost of the room for one full day.
Early Departure
In case of an early departure from the booking period, the customer must pay the full amount agreed at the time of booking.

INVOICE
If you need an invoice, please let us know upon arrival by providing us with the header data and any other information. Otherwise, we will issue a simple receipt and it will not be possible to cancel it later.

RETURN KEYS
On the day of departure, the rooms must be left free by 10:00 am and the keys must be returned to the restaurant staff in charge of checking what has been used (to avoid disputes, it is advisable to notify any breakages, etc.).

COLLECTION OF DOCUMENTS AND RETURN OF ITEMS
Remember to check when you leave that you have collected your documents and returned the keys or other equipment provided by Antico Corso (electric adapters, fans, etc.).

DAMAGE CHARGE
Guests are liable and will be charged for any damage caused by them or by persons or animals for which they are responsible. IN CASE OF MISSING LINEN OR HOUSEHOLD ITEMS, WE WILL BE FORCED TO CHARGE THEM ON YOUR ACCOUNT.

ROOMS AND APARTMENTS
– Respect for the accommodation is required;
– Room cleaning takes place daily;
– For holiday home accommodation, towels are changed every 3 days;
– To reduce the environmental impact due to frequent washing of towels, we kindly ask you to put in the sink only the towels you wish to change.
– Moderate use of both heating and air conditioning is required;
– The water in the bathrooms is not potable. Furthermore, it is a precious resource: please do not waste or misuse it or use it for fun;
– Do not throw anything into the toilet or sinks other than toilet paper;
– Smoking is not allowed in the rooms and apartments;
– Please maintain a respectful behavior towards other guests during night hours;

All plants and infrastructure are checked and maintained periodically. Any defect or problem that arises will be solved as soon as possible after the customer has communicated it to the owner or staff. Where it is not possible to solve the problem promptly for reasons not dependent on our will (holiday, lack of immediate availability of spare parts, interruption of external service, etc.), we ask for your understanding and, if the problem should last beyond a reasonable time, we will strive to find an alternative accommodation for the necessary period.

Rooms and apartments cannot be occupied, even temporarily, by people other than those declared at check-in. Any exceptions must be agreed upon in advance with the owner for the necessary legal requirements;

to do the separate collection (paper, wet, glass and multi-material, undifferentiated) and throw all the garbage in the appropriate containers made available by Antico Corso before leaving the apartments and rooms definitively;

At check-out our staff will check the rooms and apartments to verify the presence of the towels provided upon arrival;
At check-out our staff will check the rooms and apartments to verify the cleanliness of the kitchen.

No Pets Allowed.

WI FI
All areas and rooms of Antico Corso are covered by free Wi Fi service whose code, upon release of personal details and privacy waiver, will be provided upon arrival.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in for room delivery is from 3:00pm to 6:00pm.
Check-out time is 10:00am.
Please let us know in advance if you need different check-in/check-out times.

REST AND SILENCE
From 13:00-16:00 and 00:00-07:30 any noise that could disturb the guests’ rest is prohibited, including a loud voice. The use of radio and television is allowed with extreme moderation and, in any case, in absolute respect of the silence time.

ENVIRONMENT
During your stay, try to protect the natural environment by using water and electricity rationally: avoid leaving taps open or air conditioners and lights on if you do not need them or when you leave your rooms.

Do not throw garbage in the common areas in the appropriate containers of the B&B.

WATER
Water is a precious commodity for every community. It is absolutely forbidden to use water for improper uses. Its use is only allowed for primary uses (personal hygiene, irrigation, etc.). Guests of the facility will take care to avoid any form of waste.

ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT
The current of Antico Corso is alternating current at 220 volts, check that your appliances are suitable for this type of current.
The electrical sockets are Italian type. Provide adapters if your appliances are equipped with plugs with a different system.
The manager does not assume responsibility for any damage to equipment due to force majeure (sudden blackouts, voltage surges, etc.).

BEHAVIOR, DAMAGE
Anyone who causes damage to the building, furniture, equipment, etc. is legally responsible under applicable laws. Thefts and intentional damages will be reported immediately. At the time of departure, the staff of the structure carries out a room check.

The management declines any responsibility for any accidents to minors, who must be accompanied by their parents and / or guardians.
Respect the hours of afternoon rest and night rest.
We kindly ask you to use the rooms, furniture, equipment and inventory made available to you with respect.

The customer undertakes to respect the premises and the things contained therein, any damage caused voluntarily to the structures, but also attributable to carelessness or distraction, will be charged to the cost of restoration.

No Smoking, Fires and Open Flames are prohibited. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor premises of the structure, including the rooms.

No smoking is allowed in all indoor areas of the facility, especially in the rooms. It is not allowed to smoke, burn, or light candles in the rooms, corridors and other areas unless expressly authorized. In certain periods of the year (especially in summer) it is forbidden to light fires or use candles and open flames in outdoor areas due to the serious risk of fire. It is mandatory to inform oneself and read the fire regulations, equipment and behaviors to be taken in case of fire.

The Antico Corso does not have smoking rooms, therefore smoking is strictly prohibited in indoor premises. Grills and open flames are not allowed. Please inquire and take note of the fire prevention regulations, equipment and behavior in case of fire.

CLEANING
Trash must be collected in the designated collection bags located in the rooms, bathrooms of the rooms and outdoor areas. It is not allowed to leave any waste or other in common areas.

VALUES
For your safety, we ask you not to leave any values or objects unattended.
Please notify and deliver to the management the finding or loss of things.
We also ask that you lock the door whenever you leave the room to avoid any theft of values from the rooms.
THE MANAGEMENT DECLINES ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR UNGUARDED GOODS.
You can use the safes available in the rooms.

RESPONSIBILITY
The Management of Antico Corso is not responsible for any missing items and/or values of the guests (each Guest is responsible for the diligence of the custody of his/her own property), for damages resulting from force majeure and the nature of the thing (Atmospheric events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases, falling of trees or branches or products that fall within the nature of plants, wind gusts, sea accidents, damage or theft of cars in the parking area and in the area of the structure). For no reason, at the time of departure discounts will be recognized to cover any or alleged malfunctions that may occur following the events described above. The accommodations do not have a guarded area for luggage storage.
